Included on UNFPA's site are the Memorandum of Understanding between UNFPA and governments requesting to use UNFPA procurement services for contraceptives as well as a Third Party Request Form for external entities, such as other UN Agencies, Governments, and NGOs with projects that are not UNFPA-funded.
