Violence Prevention

After disasters, increased stress associated with disruptions in families and challenges in meeting daily needs such as food, water, and shelter can increase the possibility of violence. In addition, disasters inevitably lead to disruptions in health and law enforcement services. This section of the Haiti Relief Toolkit provides resources to help with violence prevention efforts.
